Refund Policy

As a small business selling handmade items, most of which are one-of-a-kind, please note that I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Unfortunately, I am also unable to offer returns on sale items or gift cards.

Workshops

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.

If a workshop is cancelled by Book and Kettle Cottage Crafts, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled session or receive store credit.

The Cottage Notebook Club

Due to the nature of this subscription, returns are not accepted.
Refunds for change of mind are not available after the monthly billing date (the same date you initially joined each month).

To cancel, pause, or update your subscription, please visit the subscription portal.

Damaged Items or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to make it right. Please send me a photo of how your delivery arrived, including packaging as this makes the process much faster.

If your item arrives damaged you will be entitled to a refund, store-credit or a replacement (depending on availability).

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out promptly. We’re happy to discuss a suitable solution, which may include a return (at the customer’s expense), a refund, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
